Fabrication

• This is a waste incinerator using the Pyrolysis method of accelerated decay. The unit takes organic waste, heats it up to accelerate decomposition. The gas produced keeps the process going, so minimum energy is used. The result is a clean white ash

• The brief was to design a custom container the Pyrolysis unit the heat recovery pipework and filter layout

• These were to fit into two standard 20 Ft containers, bespoke fabrication with removeable sides to form a shelter when the units were erected. The containers could be transport anywhere in the world with minimum setup before it can run

• Full FEA was done on the finished container to take a weight of 8 tons when finished and full of equipment
